Build complete horizontal rows to clear them from the board. The challenge gets faster as your level rises, so clean stacking, quick decisions and smart use of the hold slot become increasingly important.

Responsive controls

Keyboard controls on desktop plus large touch buttons and board gestures for phones and tablets.

Modern play helpers

Use the ghost piece, hold slot and five-piece preview queue to plan placements before you commit.

Progress that feels fair

A shuffled seven-piece bag, rising levels, combo bonuses and locally saved high scores keep runs consistent and replayable.

How to play

Pieces fall from the top of the board. Move and rotate each piece so it fits your stack. Whenever every cell in a horizontal row is filled, that row clears. Clearing several rows with one placement is worth more points. If the stack reaches the entry area and a new piece cannot be placed, the run ends.

Scoring and levels

Single, double, triple and four-line clears award progressively more points. Soft drops and hard drops also add small placement bonuses. Consecutive line-clearing placements build a combo bonus. Every ten cleared lines increases the level and speeds up gravity.

Tips for a higher score

  • Keep the surface of your stack as flat as possible so more shapes remain playable.
  • Use the ghost piece to confirm where a hard drop will land.
  • Save a useful piece in the hold slot instead of forcing a bad placement.
  • Watch the preview queue and build for the pieces that are actually coming next.
  • Avoid creating deep covered holes because they can be difficult to repair.

Frequently asked questions

Can I play on mobile?

Yes. The board and side panels resize for smaller screens, and the game includes dedicated touch controls plus basic tap and swipe gestures.

Does it require a download or account?

No. The game runs directly in a modern web browser. Your best score is stored locally on the device you are using.

Why does the game get faster?

The speed increases as your level rises. This keeps early play approachable while making longer runs progressively more demanding.

What does Hold do?

Hold stores the current piece and swaps it with the stored piece. You can use Hold once per placed piece, so it is useful for delaying awkward shapes or saving a piece for a better setup.
